4.0 OHV t-stat.

how much coolant is going to come out?
and are there any 'catches'?


It looks easy i just wanna know before i jump in.

When I did mine I drained the radiator first, before I replaced the T-stat, and not much if any came out if I remember correctly.

i drained mine right below the top hose pulled the bolts out and changed it you will have some coolent loss cause of whats in the block bechind the t stat but its not much

i got it all done, and it fixed my issue.. nice easy job minus having very limited tools.
