This weekend (few days ago), I brought my new ranger to our local cruising scene in Wisconsin, on highway 100 milwaukee, for anyone that lives here. I presented that Ford build engines performance and durable-wise. Now, I want more power, I currently run a lawn mowing and snow removal business, so I don't have tons of money available. But if possible, I would like a nicer rumble from the exhaust, maybe a smaller muffler with better flow. And I want to change some induction, and eventually save up for a supercharger. Any other ideas for more power and mostly torque?

 

tuner, nuff said. dont waste your money on intakes, TB spacers and all that other jazz. a custom tuned tuner will really wake that truck up. an exhaust will make it sound good but wont free up anymore power, or at least noticeable power. get the tuner than save up for the supercharger and then once you get that you can get new tune files written for the tuner.

I am still learning about engines and such, today, I will honestly tell all that I learned how to remove the cover for the throttle body LOL. But I cleaned the entire engine bay, I would like to swap the intake air box with a spectre filter for better sound though

 

dont do it. causes more issues than its worth

 

LISTEN DON'T DO IT. My truck shudders in the stock with a KN drop in and with the stock one it doesn't. does it in the dust with the KN also leave it stock
