Will these reading tell me which O2 sensor is bad?

2007 FORD RANGER 4.0L engine 112000 miles. Keeps throwing code P0420; Catalyst system below threshold Bank1.

CAT TEMP11 1152F
CAT TEMP21 1152F

O2S11 .335 V
O2S12 .135 V

O2S21 .700 V
O2S22 .350 V

What is Bank 1 and Bank 2

ham, I had to replace both sensors on Bank1 before I could get the light to go out. Get your sensors at ROCKAUTO......half price.

check the sensors, but id also say the catalytic converter on driver side is shot
Bank 1 is driver side
Bank 2 is passenger
