tune up

Hello i have a 4.0 SOHC with 118k on it what items
do i need to do when giving a tuneup. trying to save
that chash.

air filter, oil change, fuel filter, plugs, wires, maybe run a can of seafoam through it, clean the throttle body, and if you want a new coil pack.

Might even want to clean the MAF as well.

But other than the list above, go ahead and check differentials and transfer case fluid if applicable to your vehicle. Alignment if needed and check if any suspension parts needs to be replaced or re-greased (if applicable as well).

And the everyday stuff like properly inflated tires and clean air filters. Everything helps!

Thanks guys
I did look at MAF it was very clean but throttle body
did look like a cleaning is in order. I just got this ranger
i had a 94 but i now live in WV and need FWD back here.
