Started last night on my home on the interstate, it would let me go past 70 and was skipping. Now just driving around it is running horribly stuttering and bucking. At first I thought it might have been a new filter I put in the fram tough guard pre oiled. So I've cleaned the MAF and my IAC I sometimes get the humming. But it didnt stop I've also put back the regular kind of air filter. I'm stumped on this one.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

EDIT:Truck has 100,500 miles on it and I drive a good 60 miles a day

 

I'd guess spark plug wires or maybe coil pack

 

mine did that replaced the plugs and she ran fine.

 

mine did that and they replaced all the innards of my transmission.

 

So I changed all the plugs which helped a little bit city driving is better now but once I get past 70 on the interstate it still does it. Will the computer show any codes even if the check engine lights not on?
