interesting sound coming from flowmaster 40

so i hadnt noticed it until recently when i was driving with the rear slider open.

when i really get on the gas, i hear an odd noise coming from the muffler.

it almost sounds like someone sucking fluid through a straw in an almost empty cup. you know, that noise that kids do when their cup of soda at a restaurant is almost empty.

any ideas?

bad muff? bad welds? idfk what the deal is. but its a bit annoying..

close the slider... lol.

My guess is possibly a leak in one of the welds in your system. Or could be condensation(water) being gurgled out. I've never had this issue you've got.

I've got the good old manual trans and the pop pop gurgle gurgle under deceleration in gear, but that's normal.

im leaning towards a bad weld, but again, im not quite sure.

one of my buddys up here has a friend that does some welding, so ill be having a new exhaust setup pretty soon thatll surely get rid of that :)
