Check SUSP Light????
Well on my lunch break I was driving and I saw this light flash on when I went over a rough part of a road. It came on like a low washer fluid light, like when the fluid moves around when its low and the light goes on and off! My truck is completly stock. What makes this light come on and what do i do to fix it? oh yeah its an 02 fx4

Explorers had an optional load leveling rear air suspension system and the Suspension light is the fault indicator for that system. The 95~2001 Explorer cluster will physically interchange with a 95~2003 Ranger and Ford may have used a common cluster in both in certain years. Or, if you're not the original owner, the cluster could have been swapped for an Explorer part at some point in its previous life.
In any case, the ground that triggers the Suspension light is not wired in the Ranger harness but the positive side is hot with the key on. So, the light should never come on in a Ranger even if the bulb is present. That means that yours must be getting a ground from somewhere else that it shouldn't. If it helps any, the pin for the ground is #9 of the only 10-pin connector on the back of the cluster.
