Hi guys, I'm posting here hoping to find a solution. I'm working on a 94 Mazda b4000 4wd, I just completed a clutch job with new flywheel/and all hydraulics. The install had the truck in the air for a couple weeks as I have 10 hours a day. Upon bringing the truck down it runs, clutch has great pressure, and idles fine. The issue I have is a mid throttle hesitation/loss of power. If you press the pedal to the floor it takes off perfectly. Prior to clutch install the truck ran well. I have cleaned the maf and iac with maf cleaner. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this?

 

Have you checked the MAF sensor? Could have died... or going to. If not, then I don't know if you would want/have need to install bigger with silicon turbo inlet?

 

idles fine, not maf or iac.

check your fuel rail pressure, your air filter, start with the obvious things. also check for spark plug arcing.could be a miss-fire.
