removing an o2 sensor for good...
Right now I have a junk single flowmaster exhaust that dumps out before the rear axle.
I'm wanting to cut it off before the cats and bend it to the side.
My question is, my truck has 3 o2's, 2 below each exhaust mani and 1 after the cats...if i remove the one after the cats will the truck start running lien or rich or will it compensate for losing one and just use the remaining two and run normal?
Thanks.

The rear o2 monitors the efficiency of the cats. Removing it wont effect the a/f ratio but your truck will throw a CEL. Why take it off? You wont gain power in any way.

hmm, thats true.
if i put that o2 sensor towards the end of the pipe will it keep the CEL from showing up or does there NEED to be cats before it?
I know theres some of you with catless exhausts...chime in.
never! i better get on that. huh? :P

I love it man. Its perfect for my size. I almost bought a 450 instead but it felt way too small when I tried it out. It handles dune like nothing even being stock. I do plan on modding it later but right now I'm working on paying it off.

because they're are 4 of them, you don't need 4 just 2 IMO. If its going to throw up a CEL I won't do it.
