Well i got a spark knock going on under the hood and was wondering how to eliminate the problem. I put high test gas in and also octane boosters! I spark plugs gap are good. and just changed my fuel filter like 2 weeks ago.

check your air filter, not trying to make you feel stupid, but that will have affect on it, make sure your MAF is clean, the egr valve could be malfunctioning, or you could have a vacuum leak

Edit: You also need to check your fuel pressure... Your pump could be on its way out and not supplying the correct amount of fuel.
