Got real problem with my 99 ranger 4.0l efi

Okay so my valve cover gasket was leaking oil so I took it off of course had disconnect some sensor plugs, the main wiring harness, the battery, the spark wires and tighten everything and after reconnecting everything. Also moved around vacuum hose or two. Now my engine is shaking, backfiring and not accelerating correctly at all. Idk what to do and I'm so irritated.

Note: ik one of o2 sensors was going bad n was having brief moments of what's happening now.

I'm jw if I could of messed up anything/:

Did you put the plug wires back exactly the same as you took them out? Sounds like you got them mixed up.

I looked online for a hour or so n found the appirate firing order for the coils. It don't help that I had a bad plug wire. It runs good now if not better after putting new plugs n plug wires in. Thanks
