Hello everyone,

I have a 2011 Ford Ranger 4.0 4x4 5sp. I noticed that when I was changing the oil one of the hard plastic vacuum lines that runs around the engine bay had a slight crack running lengthwise on it. I made the mistake of touching it because it shattered. Then when I tried to remove the rubber vacuum hose around it, it completely disintegrated. I ran all new vacuum tubing but in my haste I made a mistake. Does the 4.0 have a vacuum check valve on the passenger side a little before the vacuum canister that resides on the passenger wheel well? If it does, does the white side point towards the engine or the passenger side fender?

Does someone mind snapping a couple photos of the vacuum lines in that area?

My 02 has the check valve in the reservoir. Your 2011 may be different.
