Blahh ok so I bought my pick up for a few hundred bucks. I'm the 2nd owner, anyway it lost all power, every time I'd start it it would fall back on its face, unless I revved it up and kept my foot on the pedal, probably over (2, 000rpms) and then put it in drive and dies again. Took my intake tube off and its full of oil. I heard its moat likely my pcv? Would this cause my new plugs to fowl out and make it fall on its face like this? I need to figire it out asap. Any suggestions/ideas?
New fuel filter, air filter, oil and oil filter, new plugs

 

Well I replaced the pcv valve. Still have blow by. So, have to dig out the compression tester and find out if its my rings or valves. Possible 5.0 swap if it comes to that. Wish me luck
