muffler im guessing?

i believe delta mufflers are quieter and have a low rumble to them... i had a pep boys delta 2muffler on my 4.6 f150 and it was just right.... till it fell off hahah

the only diff in them is sound really... a muffler alone inst going to show that much gain in performance... the difference in the gains(if any) would not be noticeable

I'm pretty happy with my magnaflow. It's supprisingly quiet considering you can see PLENTY of daylight through it. Step down on it and it has a nice tone/rap.

I had an original 40 series on my '98 Ranger and it had a really annoying drone in the cab at highway speeds. I'd go with the delta flow personally, but it comes down to what you like. Personally, I have a Gibson catback and love it.

Pretty quiet most of the time, but you can hear it. Slightly louder than stock. It has a nice low un-ricey sound.

i have the original 40 and i like it,it has a great rumble, kind of like a v-8 sound, but be careful who you have install it,i just went through heck, the person who did the install did not know, you were not supose to go past the flange on the flowmaster 40,so be picky on who installs yours, now keep in mind, this guy has been putting on exhaust for about 15 years and had no idea about the flang rule.

I have a delta 40 on my 4.0 and I love it, the rumble is very deep and thats what I wanted, plus if you get into it....it gets loud. I noticed a little power gain and my fuel economy went up as well. Good luck with whatever you decide.

Are you going Duals? if you are, then I would have new pipe off the cat 2.5" into the muffler and then dual 2" out with 3" tips.
