Check Engine Light and code that came with it

So CEL came on just last night on my way home. Everything seemed to run just fine as usual. So this morning I decided to see what codes I was getting out and I got this.

P0125 - Closed Loop Fuel Control Insufficient Coolant Temp.

Anyone can help me out and tell me what this can be, I have some Ideas but wanted to get your guys opinion.

Thanks,
Craig

Temp sensor needs to be replaced. Car has been running cold (according to the gauge) I have noticed and that is my guess to be the problem. I just erased the code and if it comes back ill decide to replace it. Not a big problem though so thats a good thing.
