I will be changing mine with autolites this weekend. They are 5144, so if wrong, we will both be running the wrong ones!

Put in the 7243 and new Motorcraft wire.....now truck runs like crap!!! It idles and runs like a bucking bronco. Double check the connections, made sure I didn't inadvertently knock anything loose. As far as I can see, I didn't. Anyone has a diagram of the arrangement of the ignition module? Pretty sure I connected them correctly, but want to double check. The pistons are arranged 1-3 from front of passenger side, and 4-6 from front of driver side, correct? Very frustrating, can't drive my truck, good thing I have my motorcycle to get around. Thank you all.

Oh yeah, I did gapped them correctly, checked it twice at least.

Update:
Okay, I am an idiot. Find out what's wrong, don't laugh.......got my 1st and 3rd cylinder wires mixed up!!!!! I swear, for the last two days, I have checked and checked because that's what I thought I did wrong. No, I had no malted beverages during that time :-) Checked again today, sure enough, 1st and 3rd wire got switched, doh!!! Will let you know how the NGK work out.
