first of all theres no such thing as a single over head valve...what year is your truck... theres a vac hose elbow under the upper rad hose and runs under the throttle body that is known for cracking...i just had to replace mine

1998 is OHV. Do you have everything connected to the new intake?

When I was running lean, it was due to the PCV elbow that everyone is mentioning. It had a crack that was causing lean bank 1 and 2. It couldn't hurt to clean the MAF though, so I'd do that too...

i checked my vacuum hoses and there fine. everything is hooked up correctly to the new intake. i went to autozone to have it read and it said leak or bad o2 sensor. could it be bad o2 sensor? my air filter is a oil free filter. since this is my main vehicle for driving. is it ok to drive my truck? i drive 1hr to work and 1hr back.
