I found this locally he says it won't fit but it seems to me that it would with a little modification from what I know there is no direct replacement electric fan install out there

Why will it not fit his 4.0? Do you have a 4.0? If you have a 4.0 ask him why it did not fit his 4.0 it may be to deep to fit between the engine and the radiator, my thinking because he states may fit 3.0, 2.5, 2.3.
