Crank Sensor: where's it at in a OHV???
I made this thread the other day https://www.ranger-forums.com/f15/tr...d-help-106662/
And now I know its got to be the crank sensor. I've searched everywhere for pics of where its located but all I keep getting is small blocky images in black in white drawing of it and that its in close proximity of the crankshaft damper. Can anybody snap a pic of where its at for me on a OHV? That would be awesome!
I got priced $45 by my mechanic for labor to install it and I've heard it isn't to hard to replace so I thought I'd try and do it if I knew where it was at lol. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks a ton Stone! The last part about the metal snap ring is making me think twice about doing it lol. Knowing me there's a good chance I would break it or loose it. You can't buy another one from Ford? Is it easily breakable?
So you unscrew it and take it out before you unplug it? or the other way around. I figure if I could replace the mulifunction switch myself this shouldn't be to much harder. Or I could be wrong.
