Vacuum Leak

I have a vacuum leak and I need to find out what the name of the part is. It is on the front top of the intake manifold on the left hand side. Its easier to see if the cover for the throttle body is taken off. Its a rubber that splits from 1 to 2 going from right to left. Thanks for the help!

You just need to get a new hose and put it on. If at all possible take the part of and go to an auto parts store and ask them to help you out.

It's not a hose! It is a rubber manifold that splits the vacuum line/hose into two.
