pinging on 87 octane

If I do the knock sensor, what's this I hear about an egr tube gasket or o ring

pinging on 87

If I use 93 it hardly ever pings but once and awhile it will ,93 with octane boost er and its great, this engine runs unbelievably awesome except this issue
