Having Trouble

If its not one thing its another...just when you think your almost done.

As most of you know i am doing the 302 cabureted swap in my 2002 ranger.

Problem: I drive down the road at regular pace and the truck runs perfectly, but when i step on it and then let off the throttle the truck then begins to loose power, like as if it was running out of gas.

Solution: ???

I have a Holley electric fuel pump (blue) which runs 14psi but i have a 7psi regulator.

It's supposed to lose power when you let off... lol

Do you mean it completely looses power?
