Ford factory manuals are your best resource for electrical swap info:

You won't be able to use the 99 Ranger PCM to control the 5.0L. Usually, the best bet is to use the engine, engine harness and PCM from the same donor and then make the electrical adjustments where the engine harness meets the body harness.

I was misled by your title that says ECM diagrams on 99 2.5 anyone ??? You won't need that if you're using the 5.0 PCM.
Fact - there is no universal wiring diagram for 302 Ranger engine swaps.
Over the years, there were dozens of 302/5.0 donor configurations and many Ranger variants. When you multiply those together, you get 100's of possible combos. That's why I recommend using the specific Ford EVTM's or Wiring Diagram Manuals for donor and donee to help match up the wiring from the engine harness to the engine bay harness.
