design an exhaust manifold/header that will accept that turbo.
Design how the oil lines are going to be run and were they are picking up from
Figure out the intake routing. Intercooler to the engine
Figure out fueling.
Basically look in a 302T swap in a stang and base it in a ranger should give you a decent starting point

Yes an intercooler is a good idea even with low boost. I am not sure what the stock expo engine can handle but i would say 6-7psi. Also you can get a small intercooler out of any turbo Audi or VW. They utilize side mounted intercoolers near the fog lights. Also what turbo do you have? Make, Model, PN. I would check for wear on the impeller and shaft play.

chevy, dodge or ford. If it's a Holset off a diesel that a little large. a TD04 off a WRX or saab would do alright even a VF39 off a subaru STi would be very nice. Nice and small quick boost almost no lag.

You can definitely use PVC on the cold side.
If teh turbo is off a diesel, it may be big, didn't really make out anything on it, so I have no size to go on, but just remember remote setups encounter a bit more lag, so a BIG remote mount may not be the best idea.
Honestly, If you can fab something up off the manifolds it'd be all around better. I know under my hood I have quite a bit of room for a turbo on each side of the engine bay. If you made a collector from both manifolds then went to the turbo you might be happier. Or get another turbo and run two, thats the easier way. IMO
Keep the wastegates dumps open though, so when it opens it just screams V8. :-P

yea i cant fit it under the hood on this no way its all stock under the hood other then the explorer 5.0 so its tight i started it up and the turbo spools up at abought 2800-3000 its not a real big turbo thay olny used to make 12psi on the 6.5 turbo diesel and i plan on leaveing the waste gate dump open lol
