Having some trouble with the headers. The mustang shorty's I bought don't fit and neither will the torque monsters. Between my A/C being in the way and my coilover shock mount I don't know what I'm going to do. I would like to keep my A/C & Heat :(
Any ideas guys? I need a super custom header made. Other then that, she's in! Working on the wiring now.

I never ended up running any aftermarket headers while I had the 5.0 in it. But mainly because I could never get a for sure answer on measurements to drop the coin on the TM's. I was always just going to buy a kit of bends etc. and make my own. Now that I have gone away from the stock formation of my truck so far, I'm not too worried about cutting the body up or notching a frame rail to make some full size headers fit. if I move the engine back some that is.

block type headers
I was wondering where you got the block hugger headers and do u think they would work on my 4x4. I'm gonna go long travel and don't want to buy the tm ones if they wont fit once I put big shock hoops in.

I had to lift up my engine a couple **** hairs in order to clear even the block huggers, the driver side went in just fine, passenger side needed some minor modifications but clears the coilover shock mounts and everything else. Got the driveshaft in as well. Just need to finish the return line and pull out the fuel pump and I'm just about ready to fire it up.
Blockhuggers I used:
Sanderson Headers Blockhugger Headers FF6302P - Free Shipping on Orders Over $99 at Summit Racing
Driveshaft is 66 1/2
