Flywheel torque specs and pattern
Can someone please share with me the torque specification and pattern for the flywheel (driveplate) for the 302?
I removed mine to check out the rear main seal and some freeze plugs on the rear. I haven't purchased my Haynes for the Explorer yet, but I guess it's about time to!

You can download the service DVD's from fordcds.com, and that would help a bit, I think you said you already had those though in another thread.
Let me look and post some screen shots if there is any.
This is for the 1999 Mountianeer, I don't have the DVD for 2000+ ones, and don't know if these are the same specs, I looked through, and saw that Rwenzing made referance to 1999-2001 engines in an earlier thread.

By the way....speaking of those Fordcds -
I downloaded one, and burned the .iso to a CD. However, after installation, the shortcut it creates doesn't work, and I can't find any executible programs to run on the CD or the HD. Can someone share their installation procedure? I even tried decompressing the ISO using WinRAR, then burning the contents to CD.
What did I do wrong, or how do I do it correctly?
Kyle, the CD's are free, but not exactly ligitimate. However, given the amount of useful information they provide...who cares!
I would doubt if there are any available for the Samauri....Have you tried torrent sites?

See if you have the directory: C:\FORD\PUBS\
Thats where the cd default installs itself too, but only the program needed to view the files, you need to have the cd of the year you want in to be able to see that data.
Did you burn the ISO as just an ISO to the cd, or use Nero or another burning program to open the CD image (the ISO) and have it burn that way?

Wow man....thanks for going to all the trouble! I REALLY appreciate it!
Edit: If you're making it a How-To Submission, be sure to post the link here so I can reference it. Thanks!
