One Bank Lean one perfectly fine?
Does anyone have any ideas for me to start checking on my motor. The truck is still acting up after i fixed the pass side exhaust leak before the cats. I tried spraying around the motor for vacuum leaks but i didnt get anything. Unless from the leak the pass 02 sensor is bad and fouled out i am stumped.
the symptoms of my truck are as follows..
The truck will somtimes run right for a while and then will all of a sudden run crappy(leans out on right bank and gets rich) so it will bog down and lose power. i cant even hit 65-70 somtimes. and then somtimes it will run crappy then good for a second then bad then good. so its nothing consistant thats for sure. And at idle it will be crappy at stoplights somtimes not. and even at a cold start or start after just a little while after driving it will run bad. Its not fueal related, ive scanned it and all the numbers are good.
so can anyone give me some ideas to check. Ive checked online for multiple cars and makes and found things as strange as power steering fluid leaking from the pressure switch onto the wiring harness of the precat 02 and it getting on the sensor and fouling it out. they cleaned the wires, replaced the switch and 02 and it fixed it.
i just want to figure this out on my own. im getting real sick of the problem and i really dont want to pay someone to fix it
