2x10's are going to be pushing the limits on interior room sitting like that when your 6'2.
but yes, its easily doable.

if you want to do it correct, you would be best to put a sub on each end with a port right in the middle of the tubing. you could use another 4" pipe as an overlay (like the bazooka subs) that you would split down the middle from end to end, lay it across over the port to give it direction.
you could end the port cover before the very end of the entire tube if you wished, or just make it consistent and go the entire length. also keep in mind the amount of air space being used and make sure its within specs for the subs.
if you go by the bazooka design, their tubes are only about 1.5'/2.0' in length so you would want a pipe roughly 4' and go from there.

Id say your best over all bet though, would be to build 1 box that extends from one side of the cab to the other. you could make it as tall as you need to get as much cubic space as possible, but you wont need much. add 2 or 4 ports and you should be good to go.

I will admit to not know how much room is in the standard cabs though, so maybe they have more room than I think, but if its anything close to the mazda b2200's or the Isuzu PU's (which I used to drive for work) then there isnt a whole lot of room to work with.

a owner had the same dilemma ,, his solution!!!!

he took out the rear window and replaced it with a lexan window that had a lexan sound box glued to it.

do a google search on it.
