If it's a factory radio, you could try finding the oem harness that would plug into the back of it. Or there's always the option of using an FM modulator. I've never used that type, but I can imagine the audio quality wouldn't be as good as a direct connect. I know that Crutchfield has many different options that run the gambit of cost. Hope this helps!

You can always try an FM tuner. The one I got from Sirius was built into to the receiver. It worked DECENTLY enough if i didn't leave the area. but on road trips there would be alot of bleed over i there was a radio station with a stronger signal. i just used the "aux" jack for the Ipod. Not too sure if the fancier radios have them.

The 07+ came with an aux port and I think you could get SAT on those. You can get a FM modulator, one of those things that hooks inline to the antenna but I really don't know a lot about those. Let me do some research for you
Something like this is your best option IMO

that is super easy. it is unplug your antenna plug it into the box plug the antenna out of the box into the cdplayer, xm antenna in xm antenna out to the unit. power ground, and put a toggle on the ground. easy done they take me 15-20 mintues to do. i used to pound out 2 xms my first hour of work and then 1 just before close.
