Sub buzzing..help?

So i have 2 10s behind the seats in my ranger..all my connections are good including my grounds. For some reason though..when my lights are off..so just my daytimes are on..there's a buzzing from my subs..i turn on then lights and it stops. Same with my ebrake. If i put it on no buzzing..but pull it out and the sub buzzes...just like a humming sound. It's annoying! So if anybody has an input it'll be appreciated.

Definitely check for interference. What you're hearing is probably alternator whine.

Do you hear a change in the tone when you rev the engine?

They're not ran together..should I be checking the RCAs at the amp? Theres no way something could of happened to the ones on the deck..but I can see the ones to the amp getting damaged..I'll check that and see if it works

So I checked the rcas and I guess that's the problem since when i unplugged them the buzzing stopped. Although since the rcas were disconnected there wouldn't be any sound..so can i be sure that's the problem?

Also, ive never heard of grounding rcas? And I'm sure all my grounds for the amp and deck and all are fine.

strip about 2 inches of wire and wrap it around both of your rca's in kind of a figure 8 pattern and tape it then, find a bolt on your hu cage or any good ground and ground the wire,

come back tell us the noise is gone and be happy :)

DTRL = Day Time Running Lights… maybe I read wrong but bonez stated the buzz was there when the Daylights were on, I assumed (*** thing) he meant the Day Time Running Lights.
