I think im going to get a keenwood player so that I can use a usb cord to my ipod than the sucky fm transmiter things. Do i need an adapter for the back or just it just plug right in. Also what is the thing that goes around it because it is to small and wont fit all the room.

Dash install kit, you can get it from Walmart for 12 bucks. You'll also need a wiring harness adapter which is another 5 bucks or so. It all depends on the unit if it plugs right on or you need a adapter, what unit were you thinking of getting?

 

HAHAHAHA i just bought it hoping it would work... IM not very smart. OHwell. Its the kenwood KDC-MP438U just picked up off a friend that wrecked his car. I think i got riped though. I got it for 90. YOUR a big help

 

You can plug your ipod cable right up in the front so you lucked out there. Go down to walmart and go to the audio section and pick up the mounting kit and wiring adapter and you'll be good to go.
