power antenna help

hey, i have a power ant on my car, the new radio i have for it does NOT have the solid blue power ant wire, it only has the blue/white one.
can i safely connect my car's power ant to the blue/white wire coming out of the radio? or alternatively, is there a safe way to wire in a toggle switch to the power ant on my car?

thanks

yea you can do that and it will work fine no problems at all but if you really want to boost your radio reception put a relay on it and wire it to the battery will help your reception a bit

not a problem most aftermarket decks out there only have the one output more and more now theyre starting to bring out more decks with both outputs in my integra i was nice having both outputs on my pioneer deck cuz when i was playing a cd or mp3 player the antenna would go down

naw, the jackass i got the car from hooked up the radiator fans to a manual switch, for some reason... im getting it fixed to work as it should, but in the meantime im gonna put a switch with an "on/off" label on it for now, so i can tell when the damn fans are on.... before i noticed the switch, i damn near cooked my motor while stuck in a traffic jam.... just fyi, ive had the car less than a week
