what should i get?

hey guys im looking at buying aftermarket speakers, amp, and deck for my 2004 ford ranger extra cab. if you have any suggestions on brands or specific items that will fit let me kno! thanks

Anything will fit for our deck. All you need is the install kit.

Rear speakers are a 6x8 I believe, not the traditional 6x9, but there is a how to in the section of hot to make it work.

As for amps, anything will fit, you just have to wire it yourslef.

You have to trim the bezel to get a double din head unit in.

Speakers are 6x8 but you can get an adapter for to fit 5 1/4 component speakers in.

Yeah its super easy to make one fit, just trim the lip around the back of the radio opening.

The Pioneer AVIC F-series are incredibly nice and you can find them for super cheap on Amazon right now. I'm very happy with my cheap Pioneer 6x8s, if your looking to amp them I would go with some Infinity components.

the big question is what are you looking for sound wise? what kind of music do you normally listen to? budget ??

i listen to rap/hip-hop/slaps/hyphy. stuff with heavy beats and loud bass. i jus wanna b able to play my music really loud nd not have my speakers blow out on me. ideas?
