Need some suggestions...

OK I need some suggestions on what some of the best 6x8 speakers are, whats a damn good head unit, and I have a few questions on MTX thunderform...

As for 6x8's I use to run some Pioneer 4-Ways but what I was really liking were these Pioneer 2 Way REV speakers

If anyone has any other suggestions I'd like to hear them! I use to have a Pioneer head unit too, however Ive heard that Alpine makes great head units and Im interested in hearing more about them.

I was looking at MTX Thunderform sub inclosure and it looks awesome Im worried 2 10" subs wont put out much bass. Now they RMS of 400 (200 each sub) sounds good, but they only offer a 200RMS amp (which Im assuming is 100RMS to each sub)... So if anyone has any expereince with this system please give me some input to your experience. It just seems like sort of a "weak" system but I love the idea of hiding the subs.

Pioneer H/U
Pioneer 6x8's in all four corners
And IMO Sony Explode is the way to go for an amp and subs-if you have a good box and not that crap you buy at Best Buy

Kenwood H/U - Free from my buddy.
Rockford 6x8's - Used from pushdeck here on R-F.
Alpine MRP-F240 - From my old systems.

As for 2 10's? I had ONE solo baric (the old round one either second or third gen) I got out of a pawn shop that I had about 300W on it. That thing POUNDED and it was in a cherokee in the back corner. It was just made of awesome! (and it was a tight sealed box too) It's all in how you set it up. and how you match your sub and amp. (I'm just hacked that I gave the sub to my brother-in-law.) Oh well, I'll get somethin' else.

obviously you guys have never heard my system before-if you have a good quality box these subs are incredible, ive got four 10" P5 hooked up to a 1200w amp and its incredible, they are super loud and have no distortion, and in order to be in the truck and comfortable the amp is set to less than half way and the H/U settings are set almost all the way down
But you have to have a good box, i will agree that if you do not have a good box made for the sony subs they sound like junk, i used to have 2 of these subs in a crappy box and they sounded like the worst subs ever-just have to have a good box
Here is the setup i have
