Double DIN CD PLAYER

I have an 03 Ranger, the factory is a Double Din unit correct? If so, what cd player do you reccomend for a double din? I want the single but i hate that extra hole there. So i was wondering If i want to go with the Double Din HU what would you reccomend? Also one that is a detatchable face.

The trim piece that comes with the head unit is too big. The trim piece that came with the dash kit jams the face when opening. So i'm in the process of modifying it.

How much is involved with modifying the bezel to accept a double-din headunit?

^trimming of the inside 'lip' of the bezel (the part that is in the dash, not facing the cab..)
