Forget the factory alarm, get an aftermarket one. My factory one didn't let me know when I got broken into.

I have an Autopage system

As 01RangerEdge said go with an aftermarket system. It will cost more than its worth to retrofit the OEM system.

The reason I asked is on my last truck I had a fully loaded viper system and it was convenient but didn't seemed to be worth the money plus goin thru all the remotes I did haha and with this It I'd figured it woulda done the same minus the bells and whistle cause all I would need is a noise maker when need be. Thanks to PAT's nothing much to steal other then a sub an amp.

I would go aftermarket as well. Not only do they offer more features, but they are cheaper.

With any after market alarm system you gotta buy door popers for the locks to work with the remote?

Most work with the factory power locks.
