You can also use a Audio control LC 6 or LC8, but they are not cheap.
heres a link about them.

Then I would just go buy a line converter. You can pick one up just about anywhere that sells car audio. here is a bunch on ebay, to give you a idea what you need.

You will need the line output converter which will hook up to your factory headunit using right and left channel positive and negative speaker wires from the wiring harness behind your factory head unit. The other side of the Line output converter has 2 (or 4 depending on what you buy, you should only need 2) RCA pluglets (as in female RCA's) that will hook up to your amplifier. You will also need to run the remote turn on lead from the amp to a fuse in your fusebox that only gets current when the accessories are turned on, unless you have a guide which shows you the wire in your harness that has 12volts only on accessory turn on. Other than that its the same as installing any other amplifier.
Power
Ground
Speaker/Subwoofer signal wire
Good luck
Btw, the line output converter should be around 30 bucks.
