Ford Factory Radio Swap

Hi. I just bought a 2008 XL with an AM/FM radio. I know the switch for a factory AM/FM CD Player is an easy slide out/in. Is there a particular model number or year that I should be looking at for a compatible system? The radio in my 2000 Crown Vic looks basically the same size etc.....
