Super Duty Nav radio

Does anyone know if the double din Nav units that came optional in the (I think '08 and up) Super Duty will plug and play in any years of our Rangers?

Yeah, I'll get something double din. Have a TomTom so maybe I'll just go for a $200 DVD touchscreen.
