Bumpncarstereo's audio build up

i dont know how long this will take for me to get it the way i want it, but this is my start. it will be my worklog.

the gear:
HU: eclipse 5444 (installed)
Sub: Stereo Integrity 15" mag d2
Sub amp: MMats d200hc
Spare Battery: Kinetik 600
Knukonceptz wiring
Secondskin sound deading
Comp set: TBD
Comp set: amp Xtant A2002 (out to be fixed)

first is the box design

going behind the passenger seat, may change that to behind the driver seat.

Holder for the Kinetik

battery in there

this will mount behind the jack holder area.

Box build.

not done obviously. hopefully i can get it finished this week, or at least put together and carpeted at a later date.

also i want to spray some second skin all over. any idea how much is needed for our cab?

anyway stay tuned for later updates.

the program is called bassbox pro 6. i got it off the internet somewhere. cant remember off hand. i think it usually costs like $100. i only use it for volume amounts on non square boxes.

and i plan on keeping this going for a while

Looks sharp!

I used about 80-85 sq. ft. to do the interior of my cab with 1 layer of second skin, if that helps ya out any.

yeah i have win isd and it doesnt let you figure out volume and such.... i just used math and basic area formulas... it worked lol 2.65ft^3 per 12" sub seat all the way back and all the way reclined... and still under the rear speaker line... with the pass. jumpseat down. to bad the person in the jumpseat has to put their legs over the box to be comfortable... but oh well theres room for em not to mess it up lol

mine is going to be a bit higher (right below the window line) and be sitting on the "hump" for the base of the jump seats.

well i know it has been a while for updates to this thread, so here is a lil one.
Here is the battery holder mounted, i have to trim the jack cover to finish this.

and here is the box, it is all built, but i have to make a frame so it doesnt slump down in the front like that, but everyone that i have asked in the rochester area stops talking to me after i ask them for help...

also, my hu doesnt seem to want to put out a decent pre amp voltage, so i have to get my old one back from the guy who was repairing it.
