Cd Player..

Hey i got this cd player (Alpine) that is basically old looking, and broken LOL.. its in bad shape and some of the numbers on the display screen are messed up.. When i turn the volume up, it either goes up or down Lol and if i turn it down it sometimes goes up (just a junk cd player) it was free lol.. but yeah can anyone help me pick out a decent one?? ill be willing to spend around 100-150.. im also getting sirius sattellite radio sometime.. i just need a nice set up.. Anyone with some good input would be great. Thanks.

For that price, I would personally go with a mid-end Alpine. If ya wanna throw a couple more bucks into, I'd go with an Eclipse, like mine... 8455

Im probably gonna get flamed for this or w/e, but you could get a Panasonic head-unit- they light up blue, sound good, and are pretty cheap.. thats what i have, and I love it.. not sure if they have sirius support though because I have XM on mine, anyways good luck on your decision!

Look for a mid-low end Kenwood. I bought a KDC-222 about 3 years ago, it was like $160, but dropped to like $140 a few months later. That thing has worked great for as long as I have had it. Its still in the car, but my bro drives it now.

Time to get myself something for the new truck, but i gotta wait till Christmas, because I am gonna do head unit and speakers, but don't have the cash right now since I am going back to school. I will probably go with a kenwood myself, but I am not sure yet.
