Clay bar and then wax?

I have an 02 Black Ranger. I got the truck a year ago and the previous owner put pin stripes on it. They don't look bad, but I want to camo the bottom half of my truck and get rid of the pin strips. My question is when I remove the pin stripes will there be a diffrence in the paint where the pinstripes were and if so if I clay bar and then wax will they be noticeable? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

pick up some tar and adhesive remover, or bug remover or goo-gone, something like that, and rub along the lines with a towel and some of that stuff, then claybar if you can still see a dim/shiney line. And yes wax after you take it off.
