I actually have the same rims, bought them off a friend of mine. I use mothers mag and alum and a pnematic polishing wheel, most annoying sound, but it works. when I first got them they were nasty, worse than those, polished them up, looked good, until I got them in the mud, now I have to do it again, haha. thats how I clean my tool box tool, except with out the polishing wheel. I use one of the big angle grinders with the polishing disk on it, gets the box brand new.

how hard would it be to strip clear coat off level II rims? The oxidation has bubbled up the clear coat in some spots and it's starting to bother me.

yeah instead of starting another thread with the same topic, I figured I'd give it a shot in this one since this is what the [search] button brought up...
