Removing mildew and mold?

Does anybody have any solutions that work for removing mold and mildew from the interior? Mostly on the seat belts but some on the seats as well.

My belts were really dirty, I removed them and washed them with Simple Green, and then Tide by hand.
Lots of spraying off later with the garden hose.

Mold grows on dead skin and body oil in the seat belt, washing the belt will get rid of the mold and keep it from coming back.

Just clean it really good. I actually used some of that spray foam carpet cleaner with the scrub brush. I had the same problem from the windows being left open in the rain. I laid the belt out on the seat, foamed it up and really scrubbed it with that brush. Mold spots came right out.
