I was wondering if anyone here put a performance camshaft in their truck? I was thinking on getting a Racer Walsh stage 1 camshaft, and was wondering if i would have to replace anything else or could I just swap the camshaft in? What are the usual performance gains like HP and stuff? Let me know what you think.
