Could you just not grind the side of it off, then tap it through.. or just uuse and screw driver/hammer to hit it through.. shouldn't be all that hard to take out..

Also, if you have any questions about the lift, I'd be more than happy to help you out (through words online haha) as I have 6" suspension lift and 3" body lift on my 93 4x4.. what lift are you putting in..?

Im throwing in a trailmaster 4" lift and putting in new energy suspension bushings. When you say gring off the side do you mean the back side of the axle with that little metal lip/ring?

Honestly i don't know.. I never replaced mine when I did my 6" skyjacker lift, and mine are original, but i don't think they'd be that hard to take out.. it's just a bushing.. are you goona run like 33's or 32's?

Im going to try and find a set of 33" swampers and maybe do 2" coil spacers and 2" shackels this winter. And pivot bushings are pretty hard considering this is my first time doing these. Had to make my own tool to get em out and put back in... You have any pics of your rig?
