This is your second topic started on the same subject. I suggested a course of action in your previous topic. What have you done since?
I believe I told you to first search this board since it's been discussed a lot and I've linked an article on ExplorerForum detailing the process and what usually goes wrong. That link is in a bunch of recent topics on the transfer case and if you search, you'll find it.
