electircal to manual

I am guessing that you asking about the transfer case, right?
Your 99 truck has a 13-54 Electric transfer case. You would need to swap in a complete 13-54 Manual transfer case along with its linkage and shifter. These can be hard to find in good condition because Ford hasn't used the 13-54M for several years (except for the 2002 FX4 and the 2003 FX4 Level II).
I don't know if the swap would cause any problems with the electronics. I don't think so but I'm not sure.

HAha dude gildo show me a manual tcase on ebay that bolts in to the ranger please for 70 bucks. I've seen em as high as 850 bucks.
Also, there's some ghettofab manual electric, basically a guy forces you to send ur tcase to him an dhe rigs up this cable that basically you spin a thingie about 50 times and it pushes the paddle from 2wd to 4hi to 4lo. It's ghetto. Imagine you're 4wheeling and you need 4wd, u spin the cable 50 times.

and after a little double checking, yes 1350s will work as a swap for 1354s. the thing to be weary of:
the slipyoke front driveshaft for the 1350s. they dont use flanges, well some do, and you should hope to be able to get one of those.
now stfu noobie aaron...
and didnt i already say cable setup?!
