Blinking e-brake light?

Came to a normal stop at the bottom of a hill and my ebrake light came on for a split second. Any idea what that means?

mine wigs out on me all the time. Sometimes it won't even go on when i have the e-brake applied. Other times it'll stay on when i don't have the e-brake applied. sometimes it goes on and off. I'm thinking the sensor is going out or sticking or something but i don't worry about it.

Do you, or anyone else know where the sensor is, just in case?

same thing was happening to me. i found out the sensor for the ebrake pedal was gunked up. too took MAF cleaner (electronic cleaner) and sprayed out the whole mechanism. problem solved.
