Front hubs messed up?

Yesterday I was rotating my tires and I went to spin one of my front tires and it was kind of tough to turn. I also noticed that the front drive shaft spun with it. I believe I have the vacuum hubs because its a 04. Are my hubs messed up?

you have live axle.

everything you mentioned sounds fine to me.

it is harder to turn because you are at full droop, which makes it harder to turn the CVs

live axle everything spins just as if you were in 4wd, just no power is applied to the driveshaft.

They are hubs that used engine vacuum to lock up instead on a manual hub. They cam on the 98 to 2001.5 Rangers. Pure crap.
